Services

Services include a comprehensive mental health assessment, development of an individual service plan and provision of ongoing counseling services as clinically indicated.  Counseling may be provided on an individual, family or group basis.  Case management and care coordination are also provided as necessary to meet client needs or to coordinate care with other service providers.

Goals of Service

Among the goals of services provided by the agency are to:

• Assist individuals in attaining an optimal level of mental health functioning;
• Provide individuals and families with information and tools necessary to successfully manage their problems or symptoms of a mental illness;
• Help individuals develop healthy coping skills;
• Assist individuals in identifying and enhancing their personal strengths;
• Help individuals and families develop supports; and
• Assist individuals in accessing necessary resources in the community.
